I am bound by law to safeguard the privacy of all of my clients. This means, I will not reveal to anyone whether or not you are or were a client.

Client information cannot be disclosed without a client's expressed permission. That is, except in certain circumstances, including:

• If you are in immediate danger of hurting yourself or someone else, or
• In order to protect a child, elder, or dependent adult from ongoing abuse.

In the rare event one of these exceptions occurs, my commitment to you is to, whenever possible, work with you so that we can resolve the issue together.
