Going through a tough time can feel overwhelming. But, together we can walk through it to help you find a solution as soon as possible. In fact, you may be surprised by just how fast you can achieve your goals, and by how energizing and encouraging this experience can be.

I work with a wide range of people with various strengths, skills, and needs. To better accommodate these diverse individuals, I offer different modes of counseling (such as, face-to-face sessions for individuals, couples, families, groups, workshops, and retreats).

I also provide telecounseling (via Skype-type technology) for individuals who need it, bringing the support and expertise of a licensed clinical psychologist into the comfort of their homes.
